PlanSwift - Data.xml file missing

"PlanSwift was expecting to find the file {the files location path} but it seems to be missing. As a result, you may be missing information. Please check your results carefully."

Solution 1

Verify if there’s any other additional files or directories to the storage location added manually. If there are, please remove those from the PlanSwift storage and paste them into another folder outside

Solution 2

Copy a data.xml from another valid job. Then paste it into the job folder that is having the issue. Start PlanSwift and test the job again.

Solution 3

Move (cut and paste) the specific job outside the storage location. Create a new folder for the job in the PlanSwift storage. Copy the folders in the original job folder, be sure to take out the Data.xml file that is corrupt, and merge them with the new job folder in the PlanSwift storage. Reopen PlanSwift.
